We only work with creators who have no exclusive contract with another agency. This can end either through the natural expiration of a fixed-term contract, or through network or creator termination. In any case, we will not and cannot intervene, discuss modalities, or negotiate with creators who are bound by an existing contract. Once your contract is officially ended, we welcome you to apply.

TikTok allows only one streaming account per creator in an agency. You can have one account that you use for live streaming as part of Noxlith. Any other view-only accounts you may have cannot be part of any agency, not even ours. So the rule is simple: one streaming account, and that account alone can be with us.

TikTok has eligibility rules based on your recent diamond history. In the last 6 months (the current month plus the 5 months before), you cannot have exceeded 500,000 diamonds in any single month to join a standard agency invite. If you earned between 200,000 and 500,000 diamonds in any of those months, you will need a premium invitation. These are limited, so reach out to us and we will see if we have a premium slot available for you. Do not worry if you are new or still growing. Most creators easily qualify, and we are here to help you every step of the way.

To go LIVE on TikTok, you must be at least 18 years old and your account should be active for at least 30 days. You can verify the official requirements on the TikTok Support page. TikTok checks eligibility when you join an agency, at random moments, and when reports are filed against your account.

We always have your back. When violations or bans occur, we do everything in our power to protect you and get your account restored where possible. We know the appeal processes inside out and have a direct line to TikTok support. That said, if a violation is factually correct and confirmed by TikTok, we cannot perform magic. Penalties may remain in effect. The good news: because we actively guide our creators on community guidelines, those who stay open to learning rarely run into serious issues.

If you want to stream using a stream key via OBS or other supported third-party tools (instead of the TikTok app or TikTok Live Studio), TikTok has very high limitations and essentially restricts this to creators who request access through a creator network like ours. We can help you request a stream key and will walk you through the advantages and disadvantages of streaming via a stream key versus using TikTok's own tools, so you can make the best choice for your setup.
